Where is it? |
Hall's Island is located in Harrington Sound. Because it is an Island, you must have a boat in order to access it. On some days, the currents and waves can be a little bit rough for snorkeling, but overall the marine life is different than that of a coral reef. This is in part to the fact the most of the marine life is on the side of the island in a sort-of wall. From the bottom of this 'wall,' the ground gradually slopes down and then drops sharply. The bottom is mostly bare except for the numerous sea cucumbers. The sight of these cucumbers provides a comic-relief, as they tend to roll around with the surf.
